Head Consultant with an Eye for Buying Styles
A Miami girl with years of experience in fashion and high-end retail, she’s your go-to for advice on anything from picking out your gown to how to calm a bossy bridesmaid. Advice for brides to be: Trust your consultant, we know our dresses and what matches best with your big day vision. Chances are that if YOUR gown is in the store we WILL find it! Fun Facts: She’s always cooking up something yummy to share with her two kids. Favorite Styles: Fit and flare, it hugs the curves in all the right places. Bonus points if it’s in satin, you can never go wrong with a classic look.
Kayla
Jr. Bridal Consultant & Bridesmaids Stylist
California girl but a country babe at heart. She has traveled around the world for work and for fun, showcasing her talents in cosmetics and event planning. Advice for brides to be: Cherish each experience that wedding planning throws your way, be present in the moment and enjoy your bridal journey. Fun Facts: When she’s not binge-watching Law and Order SVU she loves exploring San Diego’s nightlife, and you can catch her belting out her beautiful voice at local Karaoke clubs. Favorite Bridal Party Looks: Swoons over anything that captures her princess spirit with loads of glamour and sparkle.
Michelle
Jr. Bridal Consultant & Bridesmaids Stylist

Michelle was born in the Philippines and raised overseas in a military family. She graduated from the New York Institute of Art & Design with a Certificate in Fashion Styling. Advice for Brides: Be open and honest with your consultant. You are the priority in the appointment. Fun Facts: When Michelle is not in the store, she is kickboxing or enjoying the day with her pittie Rocky. Favorite Style: Absolutely anything with sleeves. Bishop sleeves are her favorite!
Enrique
Tuxedos.
Enrique joined the B&TG family in 2015 with little experience in men’s formal wear.
His attention to detail quickly made him a customer favorite, with his guidance you can be sure that you will look your absolute best on your wedding day or special event. Fun Facts: Self proclaimed Craft Beer Advocate and crime tv aficionado. Favorite Tuxedo: You cant go wrong with a classic look, black coat and pants with a crisp white shirt and a bow tie.
